Looking for a fun & healthy summer recipe that everyone will love? Try these frozen wild blueberry swirl yogurt pops:
2 cups wild blueberries 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or honey 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or any flavor)
Puree the blueberries in a blender until you get a smoothie-like consistency then stir in the honey or syrup. Next, fold in the yogurt to achieve a tie-die look to your mixture. You might also choose to fold in some extra whole berries.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Note: if your molds don't have popsicle stick slots, freeze for 2 hours then insert the stick and freeze again for another 4-6 hours.
Run the mold under warm water to remove easily and enjoy on a hot day (like this week!). ... See MoreSee Less
